WHO WE ARE
Formerly known as SDA Health Services, Better Living Hospital is a faith based healthcare facility that was started in 1968 by the Seventh Day Adventist Missionaries. The hospital which is owned and operated by the East Kenya Union Conference of the seventh day Adventist Church, is located along Jakaya Kikwete Road (formerly Milimani Road) opposite Integrity Centre.

Better Living Hospital offers a range of services including Out-Patient Care, In-Patient Care, Dental Services, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Maternal Services, Imaging Services, Surgical Services, Lifestyle Centre and Home Nursing Services.

Dental Services
We provide general and specialized dental care to all our clients with the help of our dental team.
Medical Services
The Medical Services Division coordinates and manages Pediatrics, Oncology, Obstetrics and other specialized Clinics to provide absolute care.
Laboratory
We offer both basic and specialised laboratory investigations. Our qualified personel is dedicated to ensuring efficiency.
Pharmacy
The department is staffed with qualified and dedicated personel who ensure the provision of medicines that are safe.
Surgical Services
We conduct numerous major and minor surgeries and draw together faculty and staff from several departments (a multidisciplinay team) to enhance patient care and research.
Imaging Services
The unit offers a wide range of services including Ultrasound, X-Ray, and partners with other facilities to ensure you get the best services
Maternal Services
Our maternity has qualified staff, professionally equipped to support patients throughout their pregnancy journey and beyond.
Lifestyle Centre
We provide all rounded healthcare that also includes nutrition, excercise, mental health and spiritual support, supported by our highly dedicated chaplaincy department.
Home Nursing Services
We provide home visitations by our nursing staff to provide you with specialized and personalized care wherever you are.
